Seattle Prototyping was born in the shadow of the aerospace giants of the Pacific Northwest. Our founders cut their teeth on flight-critical components where tolerances are measured in thousandths and failure is not an option.

Stop a gas pump on a whole dollar — no cents. Built for a Sacramento Kings NBA game, the challenge went viral. Custom pump prop, live scoreboard, and trigger electronics.
A fully functional jukebox that also pours beer. Select your song, pour your pint. Custom CO₂ draft system, touch-screen song library, and retro chrome cabinet.
A walk-through metal detector hacked into a holiday judgment machine. Step through — it "reads your soul" and declares you Naughty or Nice on a giant LED display.
A decommissioned gas pump converted into a hot chocolate dispenser. Heated reservoir, authentic pump handle nozzle, real display — and it actually works.
Reverse-engineered the factory exhaust valve system to build a piggyback controller module. Intercepts OEM electronics and maps custom drive modes (quiet / sport / race) onto the existing valves and actuators already in the car.
Custom avionics panel builds and inertial navigation system integration for experimental and defense platforms. DO-160 environmental hardening, full wiring harness, and documentation packages.
